Real-time Evaluation and Optimization of Horizontal Well Cleaning Based on Information Platform

摘要: 随着信息技术在石油天然气勘探开发中应用越来越广泛,钻井、录井、井下作业等工程数字化技术得到大范围推广,页岩气水平井安全高效钻井迫切需要动态数据实时研判水平井岩屑返出有效性,为井眼清洁状况的实时分析评价和相关参数优化奠定良好的基础。文章通过调研井眼清洁分析计算模型,确定了适合实时跟踪井眼清洁程度的分析计算模型,提出了计算分析流程,制定了井眼清洁状况的预判标准;编制的井眼清洁功能模块植入工程信息平台可实现不同井斜段钻井参数和钻井液性能指标的优化模拟计算、钻井过程中井眼清洁状况实时预警,有助于减少和避免因井眼清洁不佳造成的井下复杂和卡钻风险。

Abstract:

With the wide application of information technology in oil & gas exploration and development, engineering digital technologies such as drilling, logging and downhole operation have been promoted. Safe and efficient drilling of shale gas horizontal wells urgently needs dynamic data analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of cuttings return in horizontal wells in real-time, so as to lay a good foundation for real-time analysis and parameter optimization of hole cleaning. By investigating the hole cleaning calculation models, this paper determines the calculation model suitable for real-time tracking the hole cleaning condition, puts forward the analysis process, and formulates the judgment standard of hole cleaning. The developed function module is embedded in the engineering information platform, which can realize the simulation calculation of drilling parameters and drilling fluid performance indexes in different hole inclination sections, and the rea-time early warning of hole cleaning during drilling, which helps to reduce and avoid the downhole complexity and pipe sticking risk caused by poor hole cleaning.
